Privacy
Short version: this site runs no trackers and sets no cookies, and anything you send us through the contact form is used only to answer you.
What this site collects
No analytics, no advertising tags, and no cookies. We do not build a profile of you. The only information we receive is what you type into the contact form and choose to send.
The contact form
The form on our contact page asks for your name, company, email, an optional phone number, and a description of the problem you want help with. That message goes to us and is used to reply to you and carry on the conversation. It does not go onto a mailing list, into a marketing tool, or to anyone outside the firm.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web host, Microsoft records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not have access to those logs as an analytics tool and we do not use them to identify visitors.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No other information is shared, and no cookie is set by us for it.
If you email us, we use what you send to reply and to carry on the conversation. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is useful for the working relationship, and we do not add you to a marketing list or share it with anyone outside the firm.
Client information
Information we receive during an engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this page. Those agreements are where confidentiality, retention, and handling are set out.
Your choices
Because the site sets no cookies and runs no trackers, there is nothing here to opt out of. If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it.
Changes
If we add an analytics tool, or anything else that collects information, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
